This policy covers "Lamha Uploader", the internal tool of the Lamha channel, operated by Muhammad Ajmal (Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, muhammadajmalkharal@gmail.com).

YouTube API Services

Lamha Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Who uses it

The tool is used only by the channel owner, who signs in with Google OAuth to their own YouTube channel. No other people sign in, and no data of other users is collected.

What data is accessed and why

No personal information of viewers is collected. Comments, subscriber lists and private data are not read.

Storage and sharing

The OAuth refresh token is stored only on the owner's own computer and in the owner's private cloud environment; it is never shared. Video statistics are kept in the owner's private Google Sheet and are refreshed or deleted within 30 days. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Deleting data and revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revoking, the stored token stops working and is deleted from the owner's computer, and all stored statistics are deleted within 7 days. Deletion can also be requested by email to muhammadajmalkharal@gmail.com.
